Products and availability

Casa de Flor offers limited-run fragrance objects and related goods. Because many pieces are one-of-one, small-run, handcrafted, or made from natural materials, availability is limited and certain variations may occur.

We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or change products, descriptions, pricing, availability, and release timing at any time without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where inventory is unavailable, pricing or product information is inaccurate, fraud is suspected, or the order appears to violate these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Vessel variation

Many Casa de Flor pieces use sculptural or naturally varied vessels. Slight differences in texture, tone, shape, finish, or other characteristics are part of the nature of the object and are not considered defects.

Product care and use

Customers are responsible for following all product care and burn instructions. Improper use may damage the object, surrounding surfaces, or create a fire hazard.

Never leave a burning object unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

Repurposing and refill

Certain vessels are designed to remain in the home after burn. Repurposing is at the customer's discretion and responsibility.

For Los Angeles clients, select vessels may be eligible for refill upon inquiry, subject to vessel condition, availability, and our approval.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, images, graphics, product names, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Casa de Flor and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
